LOCAL SHIPMENT

We offer free shipping within Philippines via LBC courier only. (1-2 days transit) We can provide same day delivery within metro manila using Grab/ Lalamove app. Please contact us through our facebook (Whiter Smile PH) or instagram (@whitersmileph) to request details.

Once shipped, we can provide tracking number upon request. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the status of his/her shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

We offer international shipping using only our local post office. Registered mail can take 2-3 weeks. Express mail can take 1-2 weeks. We will provide tracking number and photos of package for proof. Customer should be responsible in tracking his/her own package.
Products shipped abroad may also be due to their own countries custom duties and taxes. Customer will be responsible for that. Please check your own country’s policies to prevent delay of delivery.

NOTE: Our company will not be responsible for delayed shipment as this is already out of our control. Contact us immediately and we will assist you with status of your package.
